He emerged victorious in last week's tournament portion to pocket $75 and about an 8,000 chip advantage in the series over A.J., who finished second in the tournament. Each player's current standing is shown in the graphic above (average "stack" = 30,000).

Everyone who participates in at least 2 of the 3 nights in the series will be eligible to play in the finale. Those who are under 20,000 series chips, or those who don' t play in any of the 3 preliminary nights, will be able to buy into the finale for 20,000 chips for $20.
